Gemma Laverick
I have always had a passion for anything creative. I love the power of makeup and how it can be used as an art form to transform, or simply a tool to enhance natural beauty.
My Story
I studied Media Makeup at Somerset College Of Art & Technology, specialising in makeup techniques for film, tv and theatre.
I went on to study at Southampton Solent University, graduating in 2010 with a degree in Fashion Styling with Makeup & Hair Design.
After leaving university, I worked as a makeup artist for a popular photographic studio, developing my makeup techniques and expertise.
Following this I have been working in the cosmetics industry for over 5 years. I’m currently a Colour Stylist for Christian Dior as well as a freelance makeup artist. I specialise in:
Bridal Makeup
Wedding Makeup
Fashion & Photography Makeup
Prom Makeup
Makeup Lessons (1-to-1 tutorials)
